Hampton Township Master Plan: 2011 – 2031 (Draft)

We took some photos of places throughout Hampton Township back in June that we thought were representative of the township. Many of these images will probably make it in the final Master Plan document. We thought you might enjoy a preview our work!

We thought you might enjoy visualizing some data about Hampton Township.

General locations of renter-occupied housing in Hampton Township, according to data from Census 2000, are shown on the map below.

Overall, about 35% of the housing stock in 2000 was rental. In 1990, about 39% of Hampton Township’s housing stock was made up of rentals. This means between 1990 and 2000, the overall composition of the rental housing stock declined. Data are displayed in blocks, which are the smallest units of geography measured by the U.S. Census.

Also, be sure to look for the green LEGEND tab at the bottom right of the embedded map. Click it and you’ll see the range of rental units attributed to each bubble size.
